Follow Along with the Message

Trinity Prayer:

• First you identify what it is that is weighing on you.
  • Then once you have named it, then you Say… (feeling) Get behind me and get behind Jesus…
    • When you say this you need to picture, that which is weighing you down physically getting behind you. –

• Second, you pray… Holy Spirit wash away all the unhelpful thoughts that I fill my mind with and lies that I tell myself.
  • Picture those thoughts written on the walls of a room and picture the Holy Spirit with a power washer washing them off the walls and spraying them out the door.

• Third, you pray… Father God, slam the door shut and seal the door so they may not return.
  • Picture God slamming the door on them and sealing the door with some good supper strong duct tape.

• Finally, you pray… God now fill this space with Your truths about who you created me to be.
